We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Post Room Assistant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our post room and supporting the facilities manager in maintaining our Head Office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the post room, ensuring it is kept tidy and organized at all times.
  • Process all inbound and outbound packages, including DHL and DPD deliveries.
  • Frank and distribute post internally, as well as replenish paper for all office printers.
  • Support the facilities manager in maintaining the Head Office environment, including daily checks and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with office moves, including heavy lifting and furniture assembly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including logging and picture-taking of incoming parcels.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
