Breakfast Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

At Park Plaza London Waterloo, we're passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Breakfast Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in preparing and presenting memorable meals for our guests.

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 2 and ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, which averages 600 covers a day.

As a Breakfast Junior Sous Chef, you can expect:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is essential
