Room Attendant

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all rooms are up to hotel standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
