About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Blue Arrow - Lewisham. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Management: Accurately manage and maintain financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights for business decision-making.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Financial Support: Provide financial support to other departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
