Job Summary:

Apt Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide administrative support to our finance manager and assist with various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Support: Assist with financial functions, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Timesheet Management: Manage and reconcile timesheets for all engineers, ensuring accurate payment of overtime.
  • Expense Claims: Process expense claims, ensuring all receipts are correct and coded to the correct department and nominal codes.
  • Invoice Processing: Raise daily sales invoices, ensuring correct information is processed and sent to clients.
  • Financial Administration: Manage the filing of purchase ledger invoices and timesheets, and assist with credit control.
  • Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required by the finance manager.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly competent in analysis and interpretation of financial information.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Excel spreadsheet skills and ability to learn new software.
