Job Description

**Financial Operations Specialist**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management and reconciliation of the timesheet process for all engineers.
  • Support the management of company charges for Oyster Cards, Parking, Dart Charge, and Congestion Charge.
  • Code and post fuel invoices to relevant departments.
  • Process expenses forms for employees.
  • Prepare daily sales invoices.
  • Assist with credit control.
  • Proactively manage the collection of weekly timesheets and enter information correctly on spreadsheets to ensure correct payment of overtime for salaries.
  • Process expense claims weekly, ensuring all have correct receipts and are coded to correct department and nominal codes on Sage.
  • Ensure correct coding for contracts for Dart Charge, Congestion Charge, Parking, etc., and all are completed in the required time.
  • Manage the filing of Purchase Ledger invoices and timesheets.
  • Raise daily sales invoices, ensuring correct information is being processed to send to clients.

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly competent in analysis and interpretation of information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Diligent and accurate.
  • Excel spreadsheet skills basic.
