Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at APT Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide critical support to our finance function, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Support: Assist with various financial tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Timesheet Management: Manage and reconcile timesheets for all engineers, ensuring accurate payment of overtime.
  • Expense Claims: Process expense claims, ensuring all receipts are accurate and coded correctly.
  • Financial Coding: Ensure correct coding for contracts, including Dart Charge, Congestion Charge, and Parking.
  • Financial Filing: Manage the filing of Purchase Ledger invoices and timesheets.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including daily sales invoices.
  • Other Duties: Perform other financial tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly competent in analysis and interpretation of financial information.
  • Attention to Detail: Diligent and accurate, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Basic Excel spreadsheet skills.
