Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration: Assist with the management and reconciliation of timesheet processes, including the collection and processing of employee timesheets.
  • Accounting and Invoicing: Code and post fuel invoices to relevant departments, process expenses forms for employees, and assist with the management of daily sales invoices.
  • Credit Control: Proactively manage the collection of weekly timesheets and ensure accurate payment of overtime for salaries.
  • Expense Management: Process expense claims, ensuring all have correct receipts and are coded to the correct department and nominal codes on our accounting system.
  • Contract Management: Ensure correct coding for contracts, including Dart Charge, Congestion Charge, and Parking, and complete tasks in the required timeframe.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Manage the filing of Purchase Ledger invoices and timesheets.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including raising daily sales invoices and ensuring accurate information is processed for client communication.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly competent in analysis and interpretation of financial information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Diligent and accurate in all aspects of work.
  • Basic Excel spreadsheet skills.
