We are on the lookout for an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to enhance our vibrant team. In this position, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, applying best practices and refining our strategies for attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives efficiently and economically.
  • Elevate the employment brand while managing both internal and external recruitment initiatives.
  • Guarantee that all recruitment processes are executed to the highest standards.
  • Establish and nurture a talent pipeline that meets business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations and organizational policies.
  • Partner with HR to develop recruitment strategies for apprenticeship, internship, and graduate programs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and hiring through diverse channels.
  • Previous recruitment or HR experience, ideally within an engineering context.
  • Strong understanding of current employment legislation and recruitment methodologies.
  • Proficient in managing multiple vacancies and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
