We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at The Talent Crowd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer enquiries via various communication channels.
  • Manage the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure efficient processing of orders and resolve any queries from our 3PL partner.
  • Offer comprehensive product information and support to customers, including processing returns and exchanges.

Requirements
