Residential Lettings Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Specialist to join our team in Chorley. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
