Overview:

As a vital component of our People & Organization division, the HR Partner plays a crucial role in facilitating key lifecycle events, managing performance, and overseeing employee relations. This position serves as a trusted advisor, providing in-depth policy knowledge and expertise to support leaders, managers, and associates on essential HR matters.

Role Highlights:

This is a temporary fixed-term contract for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective HR partnering to a diverse group of leaders and employees, offering guidance on critical HR issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead local transformation efforts, providing managers with advice and support throughout the restructuring process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and risks, applying insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in alignment with global and local strategies.
  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of HR processes and people partnering.
  • Manage internal mobility and movement offers.
  • Build strong relationships within the HR community to understand and address needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and across functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Familiarity with UK employee relations.
