Job Opportunity: Weekend Inbound Call Handler

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Weekend Inbound Call Handlers. As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • Full paid training
  • Hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, paid weekly
  • Opportunity to work for a great company

Shifts Available:

  • Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday & Sunday 12:00 - 20:00
  • Saturday & Sunday 17:00 - 23:00
