About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Scanning and Correspondence Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Sort and process incoming mail and packages, and ensure that all documents are accurately scanned and uploaded to our system.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively respond to client inquiries.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work a rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends.
