Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Brook Street. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our system
  • Work closely with your Supervisor and Customer Service Advisors to share insights and ideas for improving membership services
  • Use selling techniques to convert interested users into paying members
  • Overcome objections professionally and effectively
  • Handle account maintenance, password reset, and other service actions
  • Stay updated on travel trends, club offerings, and membership benefits

Requirements:

  • German speaking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
