Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Rogers McHugh Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational advice to support the delivery of our projects.
About the Role:- Provide leadership and guidance on health and safety matters to the project delivery team.
- Review and assess the relevance of amendments to legislation and client standards, making recommendations as necessary.
- Ensure all employees are aware of their health and safety responsibilities and provide advice on related matters.
- Prepare and review health and safety plans, method statements, risk assessments, and other documentation.
- Conduct site safety and environmental audits, maintain records, and implement corrective measures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, liaise with clients and enforcement authorities, and report findings.
- Identify opportunities for improving health and safety performance and implement agreed actions.
- Prepare and present regular KPIs and reports on health and safety performance.

Requirements:- CSCS Black or White NEBOSH Diploma Level 5 or above IOSH Managing Safety Graduate/technical Member of IOSH.
- 10 years of experience in health and safety.
We offer a competitive salary, £50k - £70k, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a £6k car allowance and mileage, 25 holidays, and flexible working.
