Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and strategic advice to support the company's project delivery team across various projects.
- Ensure all company employees are aware of their responsibilities under health and safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees, senior managers, and staff on all aspects related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Develop and implement Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and other health, safety, and environmental documentation.
- Conduct site safety and environmental audits and inspections, maintain records, and ensure necessary corrective measures are agreed and implemented.
- Continuously seek and propose improvements to our H&S and environmental performance.
- Prepare and produce regular KPIs and reports on the performance of our H&S and environmental management systems.
- Support our cultural drive to improve health, safety, and environmental standards on our projects and offices.
- Provide statistical data to directors to demonstrate areas for improvement.
- Identify root cause analysis of any incidents occurring.
- CSCS Black or White NEBOSH Diploma Level 5 or above IOSH Managing Safety Graduate/technical Member of IOSH.
- 10 years of experience in health and safety.
