Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.

- Provide guidance and support to employees on Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental training program, and ensure that all employees receive regular training and updates.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of Health, Safety and Environmental incidents, and ensure that all incidents are reported and investigated in accordance with company procedures.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental reporting system, and ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification, and a relevant Environmental qualification (IEMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Health, Safety and Environmental role, preferably in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
