**Job Summary**

Flowers Associates is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our thriving Marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide key administrative support with a wide range of duties, and involvement within all aspects of marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process all sales leads that come in from various sources
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports using our database
  • Process samples, brochures, and promotional items
  • Process all stock on loan and samples and merchandising orders
  • Manipulate databases for mail outs via post and electronically using Excel and Word
  • Produce product binders for the industrial and domestic Field Sales Team
  • Participate in trade shows, when applicable
  • Help proofread certain brochures, price lists, and press releases
  • Look after all booking and admin side of in-house training
  • Assist in creative communications to staff and our customers

**Requirements:**

  • Driven, methodical, and passionate about marketing with a creative flair
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with impeccable time keeping management skills
  • Happy to roll up sleeves in both an admin support capacity as well as a creative support

**What We Offer:**

  • Monday & Thursday 8.00 to 16.30, Tues & Weds 8.00 to 17.00, 30 min unpaid lunch break
  • Friday 8.00am to 14.30, with no lunch
