Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and take on a challenging role that will drive performance in the Sales and Marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Sales and Marketing team in designated areas, focusing on driving performance and achieving objectives.
- Organize and prioritize projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery, and manage a status reporting system to keep team members informed.
- Collaborate with the Project and Change team, managing deliverables from multiple agencies and ensuring priority is given to our work.
- Support individual project deliverables for managers, understanding the necessity of these deliverables for quick decision-making.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or marketing.
- Highly articulate with commercial acumen, strong organizational and project management skills, and financial and budget acumen.
- Experience managing third-party agencies is ideal.
- Proficient in Google Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
