Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the overall Sales and Marketing function in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Divisional Support: Focus on driving performance in the Division where sales are completed. Manage effective implementation and support divisions in achieving their objectives. Field requests from Divisions to the appropriate manager.
  • Project Implementation: Organize and prioritize varied briefs, ensuring projects are delivered quickly, on-time, on-budget, and to a high standard. Manage a status reporting system to keep team members informed of task statuses. Handle projects including new initiatives on MS Dynamics, sales training, and liaising with Divisions on sales techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Project and Change team within an agreed framework. Manage deliverables from multiple agencies, ensuring priority is given to our work. Clearly brief agencies, check work against requirements, and keep the Sales and Marketing team informed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
