Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales and marketing function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Divisional Support: Drive performance in designated areas, manage effective implementation, and support divisions in achieving their objectives.
- Project Implementation: Organize and prioritize varied briefs, ensuring projects are delivered quickly, on-time, on-budget, and to a high standard.
- Collaboration: Work with the Project and Change team within an agreed framework, manage deliverables from multiple agencies, and keep the Sales and Marketing team informed.
- Project Support: Support individual project deliverables for managers, issue and manage POs, follow up on legal approval and compliance, and create house-type assets.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or marketing.
- Highly articulate with commercial acumen, strong organizational and project management skills, and financial and budget acumen.
- Experience managing third-party agencies is ideal.
- Proficient in Google Dynamics or Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
