About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Fixfire. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while managing follow-ups and entering enquiries into the CRM system.
  • Coordinate and track sales team tasks, ensuring timely report completion, organising meetings, and maintaining action item follow-ups.
  • Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks to allow focus on key account management and sales strategy.
