Specialist Plant Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant & Equipment Coordinator to join our expanding Specialist Plant & Equipment team at M Group Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning and management of plant and equipment across various projects and locations.
About the Team

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and management of plant and equipment to ensure timely delivery and efficient use.
- Monitor and communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential shortages or delays in equipment delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain accurate records of lead times and equipment availability.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including project managers and customers, on equipment status and movement requirements.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and tools.
