About the Role:

MTrec Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing quotations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices, quotations, and orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare quotations for builders using drawings supplied, and input them onto the Opera system
  • Provide cover within the Planning Department, booking installation work into engineers' diaries using Excel worksheets
  • Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
  • Edit SDI orders to pass on to the relevant Planner, and deal with stock and stock transfers at the warehouses
  • Complete stock transfers and update stock on the Opera system following regular stock takes
  • Use the Opera Software System to edit orders and ensure products are delivered to the correct warehouse
  • Accurately and timely complete all relevant paperwork, ensuring engineers return signed paperwork immediately following job completion

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of business and excellent organizational skills
  • IT skills including Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Strong team player with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accurate data input skills essential
