About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planner to join our team at TeachFirst. As an Asset Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining overall departmental schedules, assigning and prioritizing workloads, and working closely with Engineering and Operations colleagues to coordinate overhauls and essential maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate weekly planned work using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  2. Manage non-stock parts orders
  3. Liaise with production staff to develop a maintenance plan that fits with site's production plan
  4. Develop Job in box packages for all planned work
  5. Incorporate planned, reactive, and proactive work into maintenance plan
  6. Produce Plans and communicate clearly to engineering teams to allow completion
  7. Work closely with site Continuous Improvement and project teams
  8. Knowledge share/training for engineers and operators
  9. Allocate work across shifts to optimize planning efficiency
  10. Be accountable and drive planning KPI's
  11. Act as Subject matter expert with regards to site CMMS (Shire/Pirana)

Requirements:

  1. Working knowledge of process & utilities plant engineering activities

  5. Experience of FMCG manufacturing company
  6. History in engineering roles on complex fast-moving sites
  7. Experience with CMMS systems
