Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Langham, London. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and personalized check-in, rooming, and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Night Manager to resolve guest complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide guests with accurate information.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest-facing role in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
