Job Responsibilities:
Working primarily day shifts (early and late), your role will involve:
- Delivering care as outlined in individual care plans under the supervision of senior staff.
- Providing detailed verbal and written reports on resident progress during shifts.
- Ensuring hydration and nutrition needs are met.
- Adhering to infection control protocols and policies.
- Implementing falls prevention strategies.
- Engaging in life story work to understand residents better.
- Contributing to a vibrant, activity-based culture within the home.
- Making every interaction meaningful and personal.
- Recognizing the individual behind each care need.

The Service:
Our facility specializes in residential and nursing care, focusing on high-dependency, intermediate, and long-term palliative care. We aim to create a relaxed and comfortable environment where the well-being and choices of our residents are paramount. Our philosophy emphasizes the importance of dignity, individuality, and privacy, ensuring a safe and nurturing atmosphere.

Important Information:
This position requires a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure. Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly recommended. Documentation confirming the right to work will be necessary. Please note that sponsorship for skilled worker routes is currently unavailable.
