Care Services Manager

The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our service users. This position has a significant impact on the lives of many individuals who rely on our care and support services.
Our service users have expressed that what matters most to them is having a stable team of caring and professional care workers whom they can rely upon.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Supervisors, and Compliance Consultant, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for making this happen.
The ability to problem solve and think clearly when under pressure is essential for this important role in our agency.
You will utilize your excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills to ensure that each service user receives the care and support they expect on time. This involves:
- Allocating care workers with the right skills and experience to deliver high-quality care and support to each service user.
- Organizing care worker rotas to minimize changes to the service and travel between service users' homes.
- Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages.
- Monitoring attendance to calls within and out of the Electronic Call Monitoring System employed.
