Adult Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at OP Care Services Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for our service users.
As a Care Coordinator, you will work closely with our Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Supervisors, and Compliance Consultant to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users. Your ability to problem-solve and think clearly under pressure will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Allocating Care Workers: You will be responsible for allocating care workers with the right skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to each service user.
- Organising Care Worker Rotas: You will need to organise care worker rotas to minimise changes to the service and travel between service users' homes.
- Responding to Changes: You will respond efficiently to day-to-day changes in the care and support packages.
- Monitoring Attendance: You will monitor attendance to calls within and out of the Electronic Call Monitoring System employed.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. If you have excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills, and are able to work effectively under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
