Exciting Opportunity for an Office Administrator

Pertemps TM is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to become a vital part of our team.

The Office Administrator will work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and will be responsible for managing inquiries related to community programs and initiatives.

Working Hours: 8:45am-5:30pm

Starting Salary: £26,497.25
  • Make outbound calls to arrange appointments for various community initiatives
  • Respond efficiently to incoming calls
  • Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain electronic records and systems with precision
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure compliance with service level agreements
