Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth processing and tracking of all administrative tasks related to financial services.
  • Confidently prepare, process, and monitor new business submissions across various investment platforms, utilizing advanced software systems.
  • Issue Letters of Authority and perform ID checks as required, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and audit of client annual review packs, managing the process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare comprehensive client reports when necessary, utilizing data analysis skills.
  • Utilize a range of software, including Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office (IO), Papercloud, and other provider platforms, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and adapt processes accordingly, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage the workload of the admin function, ensuring consistent support across the team.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing post and maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services, particularly within IFA firms, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) software and other industry-specific systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
