Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth processing and tracking of all administrative tasks related to financial services.
- Confidently prepare, process, and monitor new business submissions across various investment platforms, utilizing advanced software systems.
- Issue Letters of Authority and perform ID checks as required, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
- Oversee the preparation and audit of client annual review packs, managing the process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare comprehensive client reports when necessary, utilizing data analysis skills.
- Utilize a range of software, including Microsoft Office, Intelligent Office (IO), Papercloud, and other provider platforms, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry changes and adapt processes accordingly, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the workload of the admin function, ensuring consistent support across the team.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing post and maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
- Liaise effectively with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Financial Services, particularly within IFA firms, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) software and other industry-specific systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
