About You
We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA or ICAEW) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in general practice. You will have strong technical expertise in accounting, audit, and tax, and a proven record in managing client portfolios. Additional attributes include:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
- Strong organisational abilities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Iris and Caseware (advantageous, but not essential).
- A forward-thinking attitude, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with group consolidations and acquisitions (desirable but not essential).
- A passion for continuous professional development and a commitment to building a career in practice.
