About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to lead our financial control function and provide strategic financial input to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
  • Monitor regulatory changes in the insurance industry and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial control principles
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
