As a key member of the Investigo team, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in shaping the company's financial strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist the Finance Controller in preparing the company's budget, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans, providing insightful commentary to explain key deviations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Collaborate on month-end closing activities by analysing variances between actual results and budgeted/forecast figures, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and monitoring their impact on budgets and financial reporting.
  • Daily Sales Forecasts: Produce daily sales forecasts based on recent trends, historical data, and market insights to help the business plan effectively and optimise sales strategies.
  • Weekly Trade Reports: Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly trade reports that capture key sales, margin, and inventory metrics, presenting them to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • KPI Reporting: Develop and maintain KPI reports that track the company's performance across multiple areas, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
