  • Process new business applications
  • Address client inquiries
  • Oversee Group Pension and Risk Schemes administration
  • Communicate with clients and product providers
  • Ensure back-office systems are current and accurate
  • Assist Financial Planners with research and analysis tasks
  • Comply with company protocols and FCA regulations
