Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Support Coordinator to join our team at Kings Security. The successful candidate will provide operational support to our business, assisting in the planning and scheduling of our field-based fire risk assessment team across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the effective planning of all assessors, ensuring they are on track with their schedules and meeting client expectations.
  • Make appointments for the Assessment team and provide support to our clients on our Quidvis RMS system.
  • Liaise with assessors to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including dealing with initial client inquiries.
  • Provide support to the planning team in scheduling and coordinating the activities of the fire risk assessment team.
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to prioritize workload and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
