Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of customer care and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding service and repair work required to their vehicles.
- Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring they are fully informed and empowered to make decisions.
- Sell additional products and services as appropriate to customers' needs, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of vehicles, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of work.
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Prepare and complete invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment and customer satisfaction.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a similar environment.
- Full driving license, with a clean driving record.
