Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and effective communication with patients, assessing their needs and providing appropriate advice and support.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Utilize the NHS Pathways system to provide accurate and timely assistance in a variety of situations, from minor illnesses to life-threatening emergencies.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex and high-pressure situations.
- GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT Skills.
- Previous experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A comprehensive training program, including 9 weeks of full-time training, to ensure a smooth transition to the role.
