Job Title: Regional Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager
Location: North Region including Lancashire, North East, Scotland, and Northern Ireland
Package: Competitive basic salary up to £35,000, tax-efficient company vehicle, and an uncapped bonus structure (OTE £85,000)

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving fleet sales growth within the designated region. Key responsibilities will include fostering client relationships, identifying new business prospects, and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives for fleet sales
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with corporate clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and associated KPIs within a 12-month timeframe
- Work closely with the Sales Head and Regional Retail Team to uncover new opportunities
- Promote the company's image and reputation while advancing commercial interests
- Remain informed about market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in sales with a solid understanding of ownership costs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient presenter for regional sales and dealership gatherings
- Capability to attract new clients and broaden the customer base
- Experience in marketing capital equipment to local fleets
- Familiarity with the Van sector is advantageous
- A valid UK driving license is essential for regular regional travel
