Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Midco Print & Packaging. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the West Midlands and Wales area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Field Sales Manager and other sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Field Sales Representative, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good commercial awareness, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer needs
  • Ability to work on own initiative, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, with a generous mileage allowance provided
