About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Subsea 7. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR advice and support to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced level HR advice and guidance to management and employees on employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to promote and develop constructive employee relations within the region and between other company business units.
  • Support the implementation of global HR initiatives, including compensation and benefits, staffing, HR policy and process developments.
  • Collaborate with managers to analyze employee engagement survey results and propose actions to improve engagement.
  • Provide HR support to employees and line managers with performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.

Requirements

  • Relevant previous experience in a similar position, with the ability to demonstrate providing advanced level HR advice to management and employees.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with people at various levels within the organization and externally.
  • Good working knowledge of employment legislation, with the ability to interpret HR policies and procedures and technical knowledge of employee benefits and associated administration schemes.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to review work methods in support of continually developing smart and efficient work methods.
  • Ability to demonstrate an innovative approach to ways of working.
  • Good level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, including how to use formulas & V-look up, Microsoft Office, and have a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Information Systems, particularly SAP.
