About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management Ltd as a Lodge Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of our retirement development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the development, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and maintaining the high standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, including social events, outings, and other activities that promote a sense of community.
  • Manage the administration of the development, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that the development runs smoothly and that all residents' needs are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and process paperwork efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance and management, preferably in a retirement living setting.
