About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at St Pauls Lodge. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the development and providing a high level of customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, including responding to their queries and concerns
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
  • Organise activities and events for residents, including social events and community activities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the development, including managing budgets and resources

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has experience of working in a similar role. You will be a strong communicator and have excellent organisational skills. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
