Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for our residents, providing a first-class service and managing the maintenance of the property. You will work closely with our Area Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
This is a varied and interesting role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and events for our residents, as well as managing contractors and scheduling maintenance.
About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services. You will have excellent administration skills and be computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
You will be a passionate and outgoing individual with a love of people and a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be able to work independently and use your own initiative, while also being able to work as part of a team.
