Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, providing a first-class service to Owners. You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organizing activities and events for Owners.
About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in administration and customer service, preferably in a similar background such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a passion for excellent customer service.
You will be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and be able to work under pressure.
