**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at ASR International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail and showroom clients in the Yorkshire and Northeast regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of around 130 active clients, generating approximately £1m annually.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales opportunities.
- Product Displays: Roll out high-quality bathroom displays across a network of mid-to-high-end independent retailers and showrooms.
- Training and Support: Deliver in-branch training programs for showroom staff and affiliated installers, focusing on the full range of bathroom products and their applications.
- Exhibitions and Events: Support exhibitions and end-user related activities to promote brand awareness.
- Account Performance: Track and analyze account performance, setting measures and targets to ensure continuous positive sales growth.
- Communication: Provide regular feedback to the Sales Director to help improve service and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: A proven track record in retail sales within the bathroom industry.
- Skills: Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with independent retailers and national merchant showrooms.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in sales and marketing.
