Position Overview:

We are looking for qualified Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists to take on the role of Functional Assessors. This position provides an excellent work-life balance along with avenues for professional growth.


Experience Requirements:

Applicants must possess at least 1 year of post-qualification experience within the UK healthcare system. In this role, you will broaden your medical expertise by engaging with a variety of health conditions.


Work Schedule:

This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with part-time opportunities also available. The annual salary is between £39,000 and £41,500.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive file reviews and face-to-face assessments.
  • Perform telephone and video consultations with clients regarding their benefit claims.
  • Prepare detailed reports to assist decision-makers in evaluating benefit applications.


Training and Development:

Extensive training will be provided to ensure you acquire the necessary skills for this role. You will also have access to ongoing professional development, revalidation support, and opportunities for career progression.


Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist.
  • Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or equivalent).
  • Excellent observational and communication skills.
  • A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
