HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions, including employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and advise team members on HR-related matters
  • Support the Head of HR in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit top talent
  • Manage multiple projects from end to end, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and Generalist roles
  • Proven experience working with Workday
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
