Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our UK HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert HR guidance and support to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strategic HR Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of employee relations and terms of employment.
  • Contribute to Business-Critical Projects: Collaborate with the HR Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that drive business success.
  • Ensure Compliance and Data Quality: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information systems, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
  • Support Organisational Change: Partner with the HR Director and other stakeholders to design and implement organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, redundancies, and redeployment.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR Experience: Minimum 3 years of broad-based HR experience in a global matrix organisation.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and mediation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation: In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
